Summary of Qualifications:	26 years as an Air Force avionics technician with supervisory experience. Managed up to 100 technicians. Interpret and apply electronics schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to operate, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, program, and calibrate computer and manually operated avionics test equipment, associated support equipment, and aircraft avionics systems components. Fault isolation to specific circuit card components, chassis components and/or defective wiring on, armament control, flight controls, navigation, communication, radar, and display systems. Posses Active Security Clearance INSTRUMENTATION PROFICIENCY Analog Multi-Meters, Digital Multi-Meters, Peak Power Meter, Continuous Wave Power Meter, Analog and Digital Oscilloscope, Radiation Frequency Detectors, Signal Generators, Various Soldering stations Bilingual, speak/write spanish; basic verbal communications skills in japanese
