I have 2 Years experience in SMT,THT and BGA components and 3+ years experience in total.
Currently,working in a CMMi LEVEL 5 enviornment.
I have been Working on various Panasonic series machines and fuji components.
My work profile involves :
1. Simulating Data provided by Client on Softwares: PanaPRO and FlexiCAM so as to reduce the TOTAL BUILD-IN TIME of PCB board on pick and place machines.
2.Optimizing machine program to improve production tact time.
3.Configuring and selecting Nozzle Inventory (shape and size) in Machines.
4.Introduce various process improvements to increase machines� efficiency as well as to reduce machine attrition rates.
5.Giving Support to Marketing and Sales Department Time-to Time.
Specialized in 3D modelling of SMT,THT,BGA compnents on 3D comuter softwares like One Space Designer and Solid edge.
SMT MACHINE KNOWLEDGE : All Panasonic pick and place machines like HT series,CM series,BM series,DT series,MSF series,NM series etc.
