As you will see from my resume, I have over 4 years experience working in the surface mount industry. Most of that time was spent process improvement.
I have experience as a Process & maintenance Engineer in both the SMT and through hole area of manufacturing. I have written numerous procedures and trained countless personnel in the operation and programming of several types of SMT placement equipment. Although most of my machine experience has been with Philips TOPAZX, EMERALD & Yamaha YV100-X pick and place machine and reflow oven conceptronic & Heller I have had some quality & process training.
Some of my duties and accomplishments that I feel can benefit your company are:
�� Created and implemented a new SMT assembly process for existing contract board shop.
�� Developed SMT processes, trained personnel, monitored and enhanced assembly processes.
�� Wrote numerous procedures for ISO-9000 certification.
�� Programmed all SMT placement equipment.
�� Maintenance & calibration of head and camera of the Philips TOPAZX, EMERALD & Yamaha YV100-X pick and place machine and Yamaha glue dispenser HSD-X.
