� SMT Programmer for: Universal, Fuji and Siemens equipment using OPTEL and Tecnomatix/Unicam programming and optimization software.
� Merging BOM files with CAD files and creating machine programs and line balancing.
� Creating new component libraries and massaging old ones per vendor variance.
� Optimizing DFT throughout production line.
� Profiled convection ovens, solder waves and generated BGA rework profiles with Air-Vac and Conceptronics Freedom 2000
� Using SMT mentor files and Gerber files to order stencils.
� Worked with MPM and DEK screen printers, both programming and maintenance.
