Summary of Qualifications:

SMT equipment, process, and programming support for Fuji, Siemens, Universal, MPM, and Dek machines using Tecnomatix Exaline, UniCam, FujiCam, F4G, MCS, and Siplace software.
Programming includes PD library development, administration, and naming conventions. Other responsibilities include debug of machine programs, maintenance support, and machine/line balancing, optimization, and generation of common feeder setups.
Also have experience in machine calibration, maintenance, and support for Fuji QP-3, QP-242, CP-6, CP-4, CP-3, IP-3, Siemens HS-50, MPM AP series, Dek 265 platform, Universal GSM and GDM. Responsible for technician and operator
training, developing work instructions and method sheets using CircuitCam32, PM development and scheduling, technical writing and creating other documentation as required.
