Hands on experience in SMT fine pitch QFP, large I/O BGA, CCGA, micro BGA, and CSP surface mount technology. Large board, 18� x 20� size, .180� thick, high layer count, SMT/through-hole expertise. Have worked with OSP, HASL, and gold-flash printed circuit board finishes.

User level experience with Mentor Graphics, Fabmaster, Autocad, and Microsoft Office Suite software. VALOR and Pro-E training. Familiar with various SPC and MRP software packages. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) networking training.
