Sr ASIC Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION: Working as the leader of a small team, you will be a major contributor to the next generation of LAN switching and routing products. You will be responsible for all aspects of ASIC product development including product architecture, asic partitioning, vendor selection, product/resource management, design and verification. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years� practical experience in ASIC design including several successful designs that have gone to production. In addition, you must possess excellent problem solving abilities, good communications skills, and strong teamwork skills. The position requires a strong Verilog and Synopsys background with knowledge of Primetime and Hspice a plus. Knowledge of the networking industry is preferred.
