Sr. Process Engineer
Key position producing IGBT�s and Diodes, 1,2kV to 6kV, 5�. Current wafer production 70,000-100,000, expansion to 280,000 wafers/year. BiMOS fab. Salary: 75-100,000Sfr/year + 10-15% bonus. 1 month vacation. Daytime 8-17.00 with 1 hour lunch, no shift. Great location for mountain biking, skiing, hiking, sailing, and paragliding.
