Failure Analysis Technician

Will provide details of circuit card assembly (CCA) troubleshooting results to drive manufacturing process and supplier improvements. Provide technical support for reliability testing. Assist in investigations to resolve field or process defect or product performance trends. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Excellent troubleshooting and technical aptitude in computer technology products. Proactive approach to problem solving. Good oral and written communication capability. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced multitasking environment. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BS degree in Electronics Engineering plus 2 years in computer memory technology, AA degree and 3 years troubleshooting experience.
