Job Description:

Winslow Automation, Inc. (aka Six Sigma), an industry leader in microelectronic component packaging interconnect technology and related analytical testing & failure analysis services, is seeking a multi-tasking, detail-oriented, customer-centric quality representative to join our team in Milpitas, CA. Our successful candidate will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in our industry.  Also, our successful candidate will have hands-on experience in measurement tools, visual inspection, soldering defects, report writing, supervision, auditing, and other quality systems as well advanced skills in MS Windows, Outlook, and MS Office Suite toolsets. This position requires handling of product or information which is subject to ITAR regulations. Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Quality Manager, you will be individually and directly responsible all aspects of the corporate quality management systems for our products and services including continuously improving our Quality Management Systems and ensuring that we meet the applicable industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100, GEIA, JEDEC, ESD, ANSI, IPC, etc.) as well as military specifications and customer requirements. You will coordinate and conduct reviews of our Quality Management Systems to ensure that we meet AS9100, ISO9001, and DLA standards. You will conduct internal audits, host external audits, document resulting audit reports, and develop necessary corrective actions. You will also coordinate equipment calibration and training for processing requiring certified operators. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising our QA Inspectors (across two shifts), our QA Engineer, and our Document Control Coordinator. You will train and mentor them in inspection criteria, thorough and accurate completion of incoming & outgoing QA gates and daily and weekly shift audits, document control & record retention procedures, and documentation and follow up of  non-conformances, return material authorizations, and correction/preventative actions. You will provide quality engineering solutions for yield enhancements and routinely interface with customers, auditors, engineers, and production on quality related issues.
