Soldering Skills Trainer

Job: PCB Assembly/Soldering Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction to students in IPC classes IPC-A-610, IPC JSTD-001, IPC 7711/21, IPC-A-620
• Provide instruction to students in BEST classes
• Provide course content for and instruction to students in customized PCB assembly and inspection classes
• Provide instructor materials and class content for PCB assembly classes

Hours: As required, 40 hours minimum per week.

Minimum skill level: Knowledge of PCB hand soldering, rework and repair.

Knowledgeable on: Windows operating system, file management, PPT, video editing software, photo editing software.

Ability to work in fast changing priority environment.

Good technical aptitude with respect to machinery operation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and maintenance.

Fast and accurate math computational skills

Personality Characteristics: Excellent communications skills, self-starter, ability to make decision on the fly.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
