SMT Machine Operators

JOB TITLE: SMT Machine Operators LOCATIONS: Gwinnett County, GA SHIFTS: 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities (OT as REQUIRED, possibly including weekends!) STATUS: Indefinite Temporary ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up, prep and operate and maintain SMT Machines Follow company manufacturing work instructions and process sheets Inspects finished products according to company quality procedures and requirements Works as a team player to accomplish production goals Document production results accurately Maintains clean working area and use required safety and quality (ESD) equipment Performs preventative maintenance according to maintenance schedules REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 1-2 years experience operating SMT Automated Insertion (Pick and Place) Machinery · Follow verbal and written machine operating/work instructions in English · Identify and read electronic components and polarity · Electronics inspection skills – must adhere to company quality requirements · Proficient in all stages of operating and maintenance of SMT equipment (Programming experience is desired) *** All positions subject to employment verification, reference checks, criminal background screens and drug testing. *** THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER RELOCATION COMPENSATION.
