SMT Process Engineer

Ideal applicants will be proficient with: -Design, Set up, and Documentation of process parameters and controls of SMT/GBA/Wave Solder/Thru-hole/Conformal Coating processes -Utilize statistical processes to evaluate manufacturing processes -Conduct floor optimization projects -Develop and revise manufacturing process specifications -Performs design for manufacturing reviews to verify/improve product introduction -Reducing Cycle Times and Production Variance -Identify areas where process reform will yield improved quality and efficiency -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred however not required -Relocation is avaliable for qualified individuals
