Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Ensure timely initiation, management and completion of critial bid and proposal acticities for both military and commerical electromechanical equipment. Deal extensively with customers, business associates, program managers, marketing and purchasinmg. Extensive knowledge of military/defense compliance and qualification process, documentation and traceability, manufacturing requirments as well as manufacturing proposal developement and overall work breakdown. Review of customer technical data, government specifications, drawings or other specifications, tooling requirements and production equipment tp determine overall recurring and non-recurring expenses. Analysis and support of existing operations will also be required. Minimum of 4 to 6 yrs electromechanical manufacturing experience including engineering functions in a defense related industry. Knowledge of government specifications, compliance/qualifications process and documentation and traceability requirements. BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering as well as certification from Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) or APICS is preferred.
