Product Manager/ODM Marketing

We're actively looking for a Senior Product Manager with a solid ODM, Sales & Marketing background. If you have the desire to bring an ODM Solution to a leading international Electronics Manufacturer and be a major impact player - this is a once in a lifetime career challenge/opportunity.

OPPORTUNITY: As A Sr. Product Manager your first charter will be to bring your years of experience from the ODM & Design Industry to this EMS provider and help build an ODM Solution and Architecture. You'll be tasked with directing the company on what it will take to create a solid internal ODM solution as well as be responsible for creating strategic alliances with other ODM's in Asia and specifically Taiwan. Once you've created this internal structure and have the ODM relationships in place, you'll be given target markets to sell and market this ODM solution to. You'll be the leader of this ODM push within this company and you will have companywide visibility.

LOCATION: The preference for this position is to have someone located in either Taiwan or Southeastern China. It may be possible to run this project from the United States, however it would be imperative that the successful candidate be able to clearly demonstrate how they would be able to create both and internal ODM solution as well as put in place key strategic alliances in Asia while working from the US in order to be considered.

REQUIRES:

7+ years in a Project Engineering/Management from an ODM. Preference given to those with current or prior work experience from: Arima, Accton, Asustek, Ambit, Askey Computer, Acer/Wistron, D-Link, Quanta, Inventec, Compal, Foxconn - Hon Hai, or other Original Design Manufacturers.

Must be currently living in either Taiwan or China, or be willing to relocate and live there immediately.

Must have current ODM/EMS/CEM experience.

BSEE, MSEE or similar degree is preferred.

Experience in setting up an ODM solution, have key ODM relationships that can be leveraged to set up a strategic alliance - key contacts in Asia.

Excellent Design Engineering and Sales/Marketing experience is mandatory.

Compensation will range from $120-160K annually USD with full benefits and stock options.
