[OK]- PCB Pb free/ standard process

[sorry for the first post, but I was not registered]

So, we are in a strange situation: We have new Hot Air Levelling Lead Free PCB, but our process is not ready to lead free, so that we have Sn/Pb solder paste, standard reflow profile, etc...

What kind of problems could we experience?
