Hi,
There are a few different types of CP6 which I think the main differences are on the board loading side of things.
To briefly answer your questions:
1.What is the actual CPH you are getting during production.
There are a lot of variables to consider to get your CPH. Component types/placement speed /feeder setup etc. Anywhere between 20-30k per hour.
2. What is rejection rate for the 0603 components. Should be zero.
3. What are major breakdown in this machine.
These machines can take a lot of abuse and dont need to much heavy maintenance- we carry out daily and monthly maintenace.
4.What consumbales are required. ( For running cost calculation). Nozzles/Feeder spares...nozzle valves
5. How long the nozel life is?
Again this depends on what sizes and how often you use them.
6. What is the change over time of 8mm feeder during production. How good is your machine operator?- avg. 1-2minutes but these can be pre-prepped ready to go on the machine when required, there is also a sensor which will highlight feeders that will need to be changed.
7. How user freindly its software for programming & operation.
Again there are quite a few packages out there, we have recently upgraded from the Oldest (MCS) to the latest (Flexa). I am a very happier Engineer since ! (you can compare to how man felt when he invented the wheel" )
Hope this helps,
aj
