Dek 249 Align Cybernetics autoalign sysem information

Does anybody here have any information or experience with a DEK249 DEK ALIGN II system made by Cybernetics robotics? This system moves the table to align it to reference images. We are getting an old system working, it is mostly there, but we are having difficulty with the video cameras vertical syncing on the CRT display.

Adamstech in the UK is VERY helpful for DEK equipment, but they are kind of at a loss on this one.
