Fuji cp/cpk calculater

Guys I hope you will be able to help. I asked our local Fuji agent for a copy of the calculator for inputing the average deviation values and they wont give me a copy too scared we get to know too much, the ironic thing is I had my own copy but my hard drive crashed and I lost everything dont say I should have backed it up anyway if any of you guys can help please do
