Crown Simplimatic Board Loader Model 8140

I have a crown simplimatic bare board loader model 8140 that I can't figure out how to get it to work on "PASS THROUGH" mode. If I had the instructions to it, I would have probably figured it out by now.

If anyone out there could help or has one of these board loaders, please let me know if you can help.
