I need to load SMT tant. capacitors into sticks for a special placement application on a GSM for track presentation. Does anyone know a company that mfg's custom tubes/sticks for SMT components?

Good idea but I think I'm going to have trouble with available space in the machine as I'm dealing with quite a few different part numbers. As for custom trays in the PTF; that would be great but I have tried that route on parts that are small like this and the pick-up accuracy/belt tansfer just isn't good enough to run well.
