Error on Fuji CP-3 | 15 April, 2005

Hi,

Sometimes we have the following error: " TABLE BASE NOT GOOD ". In the manual, it says that we have to check the cylinder and other parts around the table. This is not very specific.

Can anyone helps us with some hints?

If my memory is correct: -This is from the large air cylinder below the X/Y table moving slow or not getting down all of the way. -The air cylinder has a sensor for when it's down all of the way. - This sensor could be bad but most of the time it's debris that causes trouble.

Error on Fuji CP-3 | 19 April, 2005

There's two sensors at the rear of the XY table. Make sure that these are functioning correctly. You can view their states in the I/O map. The solenoid which actuates the table base up/down air cylinder is also at the rear of the table, to the left of the two sensors when viewed from the rear of the CP3. Also make sure that this functions ok. Also make sure that the XY table is clear of loose components that may have fallen of the nozzles or pcb during machine operation. Regards, Colin...
