Vitronics oven software- one zone ?

We just spent $100 and updated our Vitronics 800 oven software and it only shows only ONE zone for the entire machine. Vitronics wants $2,000 for a service call! Does anyone know what config file or software menu changes the number of software zones (this is a 10 zone oven)? We've gone through the manual a number of times and can't find this setting location. Thanks in advance.
