Dage XD6500 fault

Hi After a little help we are based in England and have a Dage XD6500 Xray which has thrown up a really strange fault which our normal Dage service guy cant find. It says tube error and the error code is a 56 Volts fault from the Tube and cannot start. Says to attempt a cure XHowText. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this fault. Thanks for any help from across the pond
