Omron VT-RNS-PT

Hello, my company purchased a used Omron VT-RNS-pt , and we're having some problems figuring out software to get the machine up. In addition we don't have a PC for this machine which is the controller for this machine. And we need to know the reqs for the pc that is supposed to run this machine. Or could we use our own pc but what would make ours compatible?
