VME 162PA242 CARD ON CP40CV PROBLEM | 15 September, 2023

Hello everyone, my problem is that my cp40cv pick&place machine is not loading the the machine software and on VME162PA242 card the "fuses" led indicator is blinking. Instead on my second cp40cv machine that works ok the fuses led indicator is not blinking. It is stable and lighting. Do you have any idea what can be ? Thank you in advance

I'm not familiar with that machine type but I would assume on the board that is flashing with the fuse fault?

Could you not try swopping the boards from the other machine to prove it as the board, do you not have the manual you can check the fault codes with etc?

I've fix alot of these samsung machines. Do you have a picture of the error or screen that says not loading program. My email is marlonquiroz84@gmail.com ( also the fuses should be located on the back of VME card green color smt chip. ( I highly doubt it's the main issue tho)

I don't see your email in my inbox sir. It's a lot to write. Check all your power supplies make sure all of them light up in your machine and Check the Main Start Switch if it correctly works the ignition green button switch you should here a thumb nose from your relay.

Thank you , I checked the green button. When I pushed it I can heare the relay noise and the LED between green and red button is on. But when I push the READY switch it is not responding.

As for the email the gmail server send me back information that 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. What do you mean "all power supllies"?can you tell me examples?
