I've some special nozzles for melf packaged diodes. When I am trying to mount it on pcb, nozzle picks up the diode and place it well. After 5-6 times of placing, diodes keep drops down to it's package from nozzle. It's like the vacuum doesn't enough for it or vacuum turns off while picking. Nozzle takes the diodes up for about 3mm & 0.12inches and then it drops down.

It repeats everytime i start the proggram. It's working good then it doesn't pick up after a while.

Not sure what equipment you have, but it sounds like some vacuum buildup issue. You might have some leak, or blockage or vacuum buildup components malfunction.

A lot of MELF components have solder ends that stand slightly proud of the main body where your vacuum would lift them, so vacuum leaks are most likely the culprit. Upping the Vacuum to the nozzle may help, but better thing would be to modify the nozzle so it fits the component circumference perfectly and the ends don't hold the body slightly away from the vacuum hole. Most of our MELF nozzles have needed modification in order to work, depends on the actual components being used

Приветствую. У нас была проблема с таким компонентом, он оказался с прямоугольной серединой, именно по середине сопло захватывает компонент. Нужно подробное фото компонента.
