FLAT LUG LEADS (USBS & SOD123 DIODES) - TOE WETTING | 31 July, 2023

Is below the correct interpretation of IPC 610/JSTD requirements for FLAT LUG LEADS (seen on USBs and Diodes mainly)

For class 1 or 2, no toe wetting would be required as minimum side joint is only 'evident wetting' and no actual length or fillet height; therefore no toe wet needed...

But for class 3/space, since min side joint is the total lead length and fillet height min is the thickness of the lead, this would imply toe wetting is required and is wetting should reach the top of the lead at the toe, correct?

And even further, said fillet would be required to go all the way to the top, but no more than 1.00mm higher than the lead thickness, based on max height.
