Is there any accesory we can get from my data to place caps vertical on the board but are horizontal in the reels? Is taking to much time hand placing the parts, we would like to automate

I have a catalogue from December 2022 of their spare parts and accessories and on page 20, Midas head Special tools, there are gripper nozzles but nothing that has that type of extra rotation to allow for what you are describing.

It does say that other special tools are available on request. I would be surprised if their engineers have never been approached with this request. Be prepared for a steep price tag if its more custom than their special tools page.

I would also look into un-reeling and re-reeling them. Might be tricky, but no less tricky than trying to rotate them with a machine I imagine.
