Proper function of Kayo-A4 SMT

We are using a Kayo-A4 SMT machine and are running across software bugs we can't seem to work around. Video here: https://youtu.be/PSobXzTtcH0 I push next and the camera goes to the correct location for part J2. Then I push test and the part is picked up and identified, but placed +15mm off in the y direction. Then I move to the "Produce" tab and press "Start". The part is picked up, identified, but then placed -15mm off in the y direction. The machine initially placed the part correctly, but began to have this problem as the list of parts and mounts grew. Any help would be appreciated to make the machine place parts correctly from others who have come across this bug, thank you. Video here: https://youtu.be/PSobXzTtcH0
