Chip Loss Error | 12 March, 2023

Hello everyone I am having Chip loss error at Line SMT, Mounter Panasonic , component type 0402,0603. The positions are not the same and the ratio is around 7/1000. I suspect the chip was dropped during the PCB move behind the mount. The OP's operation is over for the locations where the chip has not been attached. Do you have any other causes, can you share it for me. Thanks a lot!

Not sure what you meant by "PCB move behind the mount". You mean "dropped after it's placed onto the board"? If that's the case you should checks your nozzles first, there might be solder paste on the nozzle.
