Hey Guys

As an architect, I'm pioneering a house project and have already created all the blueprints. Now it's time to construct! Even though I understand the fundamentals of electrical engineering, there are certainly more intricate components that elude me. That is why I am inquiring if any of you can offer guidance on constructing my home's electrical system - with a focus on solar energy sources? Every single bit of advice would be greatly appreciated as this endeavor moves forward! As you are aware, Solar Energy is the most effective, dependable and eco-friendly energy source of our time. Not only does it provide a cost savings on electricity bills but also helps make an impact for environmental preservation. I am in need of advice regarding which components to buy as well as how to properly install them - would you be able to help? Additionally, I have some questions about electronics and alternative energy sources that I was hoping we could discuss further.

Which solar panel brands have you used in the past?

What type of inverter do you recommend and why?

How many batteries do I need to purchase for my system and what size should they be?

What is the best way to monitor the productivity of my solar array?

How can I avoid power loss due to overcharging or undercharging the battery bank?

Where can I find coupons and discounts on the components I need to purchase?

I look forward to hearing your advice and opinions. Thank you!

Hello Again

A few days ago, I posted about Solar panels installation in my construction project. I got amazing response from everyone. I am grateful for all the advice and suggestions. I am also sharing all the details here in hope they will be helpful for others too.

1) I have used a variety of solar panel brands over the years, but some of my favorites are SolarCity, SunPower, and LG. All three offer excellent performance and warranties for home solar installations. Additionally, they provide great customer service and technical support when you need it most.

2) There are many inverter brands to choose from, but my favorites are SolarEdge and Enphase. I prefer these because they offer high efficiency, great warranties, easy installation, and excellent monitoring capabilities. They also have robust technical support teams that can help you with any troubleshooting or maintenance needs.

3) The answer to this question depends on the size of your system and the specific configuration you choose. Generally, you will need at least one battery to store excess energy that your system produces. The capacity of the battery should be sized according to your needs.

4) The best way to monitor the productivity of your solar array is by using a monitoring system. Many companies, such as Edge and Enphase, offer high-quality monitoring systems that will allow you to track your energy production in real time.

5) The best way to avoid overcharging or undercharging your battery bank is to install a charge controller. A charge controller is designed to accurately measure the voltage and current of your system, and will disconnect any excess energy before it damages your batteries.

6) Check with your local hardware store or home improvement center to see if they have any coupons available. You can also look online for deals and discounts on the components you need. Additionally, some solar installation companies may offer discounts or package deals when purchasing multiple items. Some best deals I found are: https://www.retailmenot.com/coupons/solar https://dealspotr.com/promo-codes/solarpanelstore.com https://www.coupongot.com
