Anyone have problems with parts being pushed through paper tape? Seems to be a tape problem as the problem follows certain reels on different feeders.

Check manufacturing date code (if you can) on the reels against your receipt of the material. If you are a contract manufacturer you could make a supplier quality claim if they have sent you expired components (and you did not know). A relatively easy solution could be to get the parts re-reeled. Also check your Z pick height if there is no additional Z movement when picking. If these are non-relevant, please ellaborate.
