Insignum 4000 Head-Crash

Hello everybody, has anyone else encountered the malfunction of the head crashing against the right inner board side of it´s cabin after hitting the stop button whilst an fiducial error happens? as far as i know from my collegues its not always in the same case but always related to pressing the stop function which is pretty bad imo.

we use the Insignum 4000 series on all our production lines an it happened more or less often on all of them.
