Head doesnt pickup nozzle from ATC (+2mm are needed)

Hi guys, from certain time (not sure, but it could be power down last week) none of the 2 heads can succesfully pickup nozzle from ATC (after startup calibration is done, but in the calibration sequence the ATC height is not measured, it just calibrates the position of head, so it can be parked at laser sensor) When I slowly try to pickup the nozzle, head go to the XY correct coordinates, it goes down, but not fully (+2mm are needed) so it doesnt pickup the nozzle. Both heads have the same issue and same distance. In menu, there is no way to adjust this height, nor calibration process is measuring this "distance to ATC". I suspect some "variable parameter" was lost from memeory (in some machine configuration file is being lost/overwritten (Why?I had some issue after power down with camera fiducial recognition, I have fixed it with replacing the disk with backup disk) but seems the configuration of the machine is not stored on harddrive (test : If I disable the Head L, replace disks with backup disk, I can see the Head L still disabled in menu...so I think there must be machine configuration stored in EEPROM chip maybe?..)maybe if I have stored the machine configuration to floppy (but did not, thought all is stored on HDD) Machine is JUKI KE760L
