PnP Error : T / Z axis of Left head exceed length

Hi, did anybody face such error(attached)? After calibrate all axis I get this error. "E202074 : Z axis of left head : SERVO alarm. Turn off the power to the machine and perform inspection" - see attachement.

Machine was fully working day before,shut down normally, sometimes it shows T axis error, sometimes Z axis error.....What it is coused by?(head can be freely moved, sensors are clean and OK) ...now I can not use the machine at all, I tried to shake with cables in case of wire is broken, but this never happend ever before+seems this error is solid ...Any ideas? machine is JUKI KE760L Thank you for any suggestions in advance.
