Since Covid has others seen issues coming from Vendors? | 9 September, 2021

I was just curious if others have seen an increase in errors coming from Vendors since Covid Pandemic? I will not mention names, but just curious. I actually received in a strip of SMT components with no components in them. And various other issues.
