NEED BTU MANUAL | 4 June, 2019

Does anyone have a manual for a BTU PYRAMAX 150N X5 oven? We recently got one of these used and it has the flux management system attached along with a water chiller. We hooked everything up, but the oven throws a water supply problem alarm. Chiller is cycling the water correctly but the BTU will not engage the pumps. Any help with the manual will be appreciated! Thanks

Is there a float switch on the storage tank? Sometimes those get gunk on them and pumps won't engage until it see's a signal.
