Pinout for Samsung SM Feeders - Calibration jig | 10 October, 2018

Hello! I have a calibration jig that handles both Philips / Assembleon and Samsung feeders. I have a power supply hooked up for the Samsung feeders, but would like to know if anyone has the pinout for those feeders so I can rig some kind of electronic index. I can test the pneumatic function manually by pushing the test button on the 24v solenoid on the feeder and activating the auto function of the Jig. But I really need to test the overall function of the feeders.

I am repairing feeders at home through a buddy of mine, so I don't have an actual machine to test it on.

Pinout for Samsung SM Feeders - Calibration jig | 26 October, 2018

Hello! A member here graciously sent me the pinout I needed. I now have 24v to the feeder in the test rig, but need to know what type of signal the feeder requires on pin 9 to electronically index. Anyone have a clue? I tried ground signal and 24v, neither worked. I'm assuming it's some kind of buss signal.

Suck it and see, start at a 3V pulse, then a 5V pulse, then a 12V pulse, time is not likely to be that critical but a few milliseconds should do!
