Looking for IPC | 26 February, 2016

Hello guys

Guys I am looking for a IPC 4552 can someone help me with a digital copy, we are a small company and having lots of problems with a ENIG board that goes thru the solder wave and sometimes the golden pads, well they dont look golden more like silver and we send them to a test but they are saying we need to get the IPC and we dont have it, someone can help me?
