When i send UDP packet of 1500 with DF=0, it's not forwarding to destination. How can do i to packet fragment buy Cisco 1941? Any clue ?

You are not really in the right forum, but check this: What is your MTU size on the Cisco ? Check that your router actually gets the initial fragmentated packet, with wireshark or similar. Most fragmentated problems are due to a firewall in the link, or that you have not granted fragmentation in the "IP extended access lists" on the Cisco.
