Assembling Boards for use in a UL Listed Product

All:

We have been asked by a client to build boards that will go in to a UL-listed product. We would supply the boards and others would assemble all of the components in to the final assembly to make the finished product.

If we were to provide the EMS services and procure the parts what would this entail from strictly a UL perspective? Do we have to get UL listing ourselves?
