Thanks but we have QFP208 package here that after the reflow soldering during to the bad coplanarity of these devices some pads doesn`t have enough solder or not soldered. so we decided to use a qfp nozzle that can be placed on a QFP pads and use a hot air to resolder all pads so i want a rework station that can send hot air through a QFP nozzle please send any suggestion and introduce any rework station with this capability

Why didn't you say that in you original posting? Among the better suppliers of rework systems are: * SRT http://www.vjelectronix.com/vjebeta/products.asp?title=Rework%20Solutions

* AirVac http://www.air-vac-eng.com/

* Metcal http://www.metcal.com/

* ERSA http://www.ersa.de/en/

You might need to straighten the leads prior to soldering.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to by quality parts?

Most repair operators can solder a QFP 208 with a regular soldering iron, eyes closed and hands behind their back. If you are just touching up the leads because of co-planer leads, a regular iron is all you need.

we should assemble 24000 of this board so we should find another solution and we get three sample of this part and all of them has this problem , and now we dont have time to wait for new part to come.

If you have coplanarity issues on components that have not been assembled yet, check out an equipment that will help you resolve the lead coplanarity problem before you load them in your assembly equipment; I know that Fancort sells an equipment for this purpose, and I'm sure there are more vendors that do the same.

and from my point of view, NEVER force a lead into position while soldering cause that will introduce a whole lotta tension in the joint. And as Chunks says fix the assembled components with a solder iron ...

I so need a cooler name on this site ~le sigh~

~le sigh~ makes a good point about forcing bent leads into the solder, letting the solder cool, and releasing the force on the lead. On the other hand, reforming leads of components prior to assembly is dangerous, also, because the "bending of a lead severely damages the package and may affect the reliability. The stress induced may result in microscopic cracks or chips in the package, and reduced adhesion, particularly where the lead enters. This reduces the ability of the package to resist ingress of moisture and may lead to failure through internal corrosion." [M Tarr, University of Bolton]

Together these concerns get you to the point that Chunks was talking about ... there's just much less heart ache when you bring-in good parts.

Good luck.
