Hi

Does anyone know of any potential issues with using a ENIG pcb finish for lead free manufacturing ? I was once told that a pcb manufacturer found some "Pink Residue" on a batch of boards that had been finished with ENIG and been used for lead free manufacturing ?"

Any feedback would be appreciated.
