What kind of errors are you getting. make sure that you have the right size fid's and the color is correct in the program. This is the main problem that I run into and it usually corrects the problem. Make sure that it is looking in the right X and Y's or else you wont get the right data either. When it first reads the fids it uses a teach box and rembers what the fids look like. This happens when you first load up the program and or something happens and you have to do a segment repair for the program.
