limitation's of the QSA 30 machines

Hello Will the user's of the QSA machines let me know how well these machines pick and place the 0201 component's? Is the feeders good , bad or so so. And isn't there a company that is maufacturing, knock off feeders? Is the spare parts still avai

0402 Placement

Picking the 0402 is very important- correct picking will facilitate correct placing. The quality of the feeder is key. I am not familiar with the QSA, but feeder quality is important for all picking 0402 and 0201 components.

Mydata My9 placing issues

so, i found a new tool tip nozzle for the my9 to place the 0201 components and works perfect. the tool tip is also made out of stainless steel. the nozzle was completely modified and works alot better than the OEM nozzle.

Any Feedback on Panasonic CM202

handling CM202 all type and capable to mount 0201 component with using nozzle type 205...

We have issues with different Juki machines needing different nozzles for 0402 and 0201 components, some 0402s need a 502 and then on another machine it needs a 503. We went away from the 500 nozzle series

ALl you need is stencil design optimization.. Is it a 0201 or 0402 component?

Good Afternoon, We have found that the occurance of tombstones is usually related to other parameters. Board design, placement accuracy, paste tack time and thermal profile are the most common. We do use a 2% silver paste to process 0201 components
