Valor to Launch Industry’s First End to End Software Suite ‘DynamiX’ at Productronica

Dec 07, 2009

Brussels — September 2009 — Valor Computerized Systems Europe, a global provider of productivity improvement software across the printed circuit board manufacturing supply chain, has announced plans for the European launch of its end to end software suite, DynamiX in Stand 421, Hall A-3 at Productronica 2009. The event is scheduled to take place 10th – 13th November 2009 at the New Munich Trade Fair Center in Munich, Germany.

An industry first, DynamiX is a complete assembly production software suite designed to integrate solutions that will assist manufacturer’s in the design, planning, monitoring, control, scheduling, box build, traceability, test and rework processes. DynamiX is set to provide a long awaited software solution that encompasses the entire production process, from the receipt of goods into the production inventory locations, through to PCA assembly and test, full system assembly and test, right through to the final packing of the finished goods ready for shipment.

The DynamiX suite of products has been designed to form a comprehensive Manufacturing Execution System (MES), focusing on discrete manufacturing in the electronics production industry. The Valor MES platform can incorporate integrated functionality, single MES++Platform, flexibility and the DynamiXPortal. The features of Valor MES include vPlan for complete SMT programming and data management, multi-vendor line balancing, program optimization and process setup documents. vManage which offers a complete SMT/PCB material control solution, material verification and traceability and warehouse and shop-floor management, together with vCheck for a complete PCB test solution with repair loop control, AOI/ICT direct interface and a full quality data management and reporting system.

Performing at the highest level, the DynamiX suite of solutions will bridge the gap between the enterprise level of business planning and logistics systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and the equipment and processes that occur on the manufacturing floor. The DynamiX work-order model unites and manages all manufacturing process definitions, flows and operations, information and scheduling, integrated into one user-friendly easily managed environment.

As with all Valor software solutions, DynamiX provides manufacturer’s with the peace of mind that comes from improved quality, enhanced processes and increased productivity, ensuring the smooth running of the entire electronic production process.
