Fuji IP3 Narrow Camera Resolution

Acording to the manual the resolution for the narrow camera is 22.5 um/pix but is setup at 45um/pix (wide resolution), I tried to change it in the proper 113.Camera1_Pixel_X and 114.Camera1_Pixel_Y but I'm not allow to change this parameter it is blocked. how can I change the resolution?
