Reflow Profiling for Duel Line oven | 1 February, 2017

What is the method of Reflow profiling for a duel line reflow?? I am planning to have a duel line Reflow oven for cell phone production. As 2 types of PCB ( Top + Bottom) will enter machine at the same time and both will have different numbers of mounting point that is why I need to know the method of Reflow profiling for such process.

Reflow ovens and wave solder machines come in a huge variety of flavors and price points. These machines tell the story of impressive features and capabilities such as flux management, gas flow management, static pressure control, active cooling zones, dual-lane independent speed control, low nitrogen usage, etc. Bifurcated (Dual) chamber reflow oven allows 2 different thermal profiles to run simultaneously in the same reflow oven foot print. It allows servicing on one chamber while the other is busy in production.

Hello, it is similar to the normal ones. You just have to collect 2 thermo profiles for each side and decide in the middle, so all your component heat requirements are met. Sometime it is very hard if the panel has a big variation in components.
