Hi,

I have a FUJI CP4-3 machine that is experiencing issues with missing components. The machine keeps on running even after many parts are missing and it releases the board thinking it's complete. For an example, say there is 200 components to place,it places 190 and misses 10. The missing components are picked but are placed in the collector bins and the board is released without any notice of the parts missing. ( the component it misses to place is the Register-0805 and is a repeated component)

If it is anything like the CP3 there is a programming issue that places parts that are not there, useful when you run out of parts and will be hand placing them before reflow. I don't have a machine or manual anymore but I remember the problem quite well because people would forget to return the program to normal at the end of the job.

Are there indentations in the paste ? If there is, you have a couple things to look at off the top of my head:1) make sure your spool valves are shutting completely off. 2) make sure there is nothing sticky on your nozzles.3) Adjust the blow off/ "kiss off". I can't remember the exact adjustment, but I think its in the manual.

I am not familiar with FUJI CP4-3 machine . This makes a together package FUJI IP3 . This equipment makes a different sub equipment . I think each onne is important for data manipulation. Couple things here that could be the caused. Option 1: Error pass, Option 2: Vacuum release issues, Option 3: Magnetized nozzles (I have seen this occur by purchasing cheap nozzles), Option 4: Dirty Nozzles.

Currently have two CP43 and one CP42 that are going to be scrapped within the next few months. If anyone needs parts off of these let me know ASAP. We have have a alot of feeders and feeder carts for these as well we are willing to part with.
